  For longer sessions please multiply the hourly rate by the hour. Massaging someone for hours is hard work. Sorry, I can't offer you a lower rate.

As far as booking is concerned, I prefer last minute notices to prevent wasting time on no-shows, but once I get to know you you can make appointments. Just call me shortly before you are ready to come and if I am free, you can drop in.
